I'm going to be running 10x machines w/ a 1200 W (12 kW total) power draw in a co-located space and I want to measure their power draw in order to pay for my electricity correctly.

Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced, networkable, 208v, PDU that will allow me to record those values?

You need a metered-by-outled switching PDU. Those aren't cheap, even second hand. APC ones are in the four figures MSRP, Eaton ones are similarly priced. Cyberpower has a few cheaper 1U models fitting the bill.

The cheapest metered-by-outlet PDUs I found when I did some research were from Aten. The PE8108 and PE8208 1U models cost around €500 new:

Do you need the power draw of the total load for all devices or do you need the granularity of measurements for each outlet? If the former there are lots of metered PDUs you can get cheap if you're willing to buy used.

Metered by outlet, we use APC 208V units. Not cheap. Usually 4-5x a PDI metered by the bank or the whole PDU.

I don't need it by outlet, just total. So it sounds like I'm in much better shape because of that.

That one should work fine for your needs.

These PDUs can usually be configured via a web interface. Just connect the ethernet port to your network and access the web interface via browser.
