ICX7150-24 (non-PoE) - 9.5w on 120v at the wall idle/no ports connected. ~18w with the switch mostly populated (3 DACs and a 10GBASE-T RJ45) and light traffic (aggregate sub 1 gig). Pretty impressive power numbers honestly.

If anyone has an EX3400-24T to test power I'd be grateful.

These are the switches I have access to on 120V, no ports connected, measured through UPS/Kill-a-watt:

Idle (no ports connected): 20W
4x25GbE SR optics populated, 3 links active: 22W

It's very efficient for a PoE switch
