Terminated 2 Cat 6 endpoints with RJ45 connectors yesterday. Wiremap tests for each jack are good according to my Scout Pro 3. POE tests are also good for each connection:

Here's the catch - the POE tests are good only when 1 of the endpoints are connected to the router. (Router is Netgear GS316PP) When I connect both endpoints to the router and run the POE test on one of the endpoints, the display alternates between the above display and 0 Volts. When I plug the connector into the extender (4 Port In-Wall Gigabit PoE Extender with IEEE 802.3bt Uplink Power), both the router and extender indicate no issues.
Research indicates it could be a battery issue with the tester, but I've only had the tester for a month. Any thoughts as to what the issue might be?
