I found the IN-WIN 707 Case for $112 from Newegg (including shipping and tax)
all the standoffs/holes for SSI-EEB motherboards (12"x13").

It has eight 8-internal 3.5" drive bays, 3 external and one internal 5.25" drive
bays, three included 140mm fans: two 3-pin(non-pwm) front, one 2-pin rear.
(all tool-less).

I added a 140mm bottom PWM fan.
Has room for three 120mm fans on top, and one more 140mm fan inside the
case behind the 3.5" drive bays.

The version with no side window is a Shell Shocker Deal at Newegg today (May 11th only) for $79.99 ($69.99AR if you go for that)

I've never used one, so I can't comment on it, but the price seems reasonable, and specs claim motherboard compatibility for Micro ATX / ATX / Extended ATX / SSI EEB.

I had thought I was getting an ATX motherboard for a while, so held off on buying the case. Finally ordered an SSI EEB board and bought the case from amazon yesterday for $110.

Nice find though!

Lol well yeah I meant a legitimate way. "Yeah I don't really know what happened. I just opened the box and it exploded".

Well you don't have to say it exploded but come on, lol... I'll just give you an idea, what is one of the most common thing to happen to cars in parking lots when people park too damn close to each other?

I got this case for my 2670 rig. Really nice case but the ABSOLUTELY SMALLEST CASE you should buy for a SSI EEB without resorting to dremels.

Board is right snug in there and is missing the 2,3 hole for the 9 screws, or it has a nit from the other side. Not that it matters with the 2,2 screw pretty close by.

Sweet 200mm fan in the front and 140mm in the back. Really nice little PWM hub on the backside too and plenty of screws and panels and made of lightweight metal so it doesn't weigh a ton.

A little picture of the back of the case where the PWM hub is. Maximum effort for "stock" wire management. Thoroughly impressed.

Great case. I picked one up for my dual 2011 SSI EEB Intel board. The wire management built in velcro straps are nice.

will the Phantek Enthoo pro fit the enhanced extended ATX (EE ATX) that Supermicro dual CPU motherboards usually come in?

Besides the SM 745TQ, does anyone know of a tower desktop case that can fit a EE-ATX motherboard?
