Everything was working fine for me until last night a power outage killed my USB, and i had to reinstall esxi on a new USB, and re-import all the vm's back.
Everything is working fine now, except that my storage server is not starting cos the LSI card is not found. I have enabled the LSI card under the Manage hardware.

I went back to check the configurations of the vm and the PCI device is greyed out.
What do i need to do to make this work. Have a look at the screenshot.

Pls note i have rebooted the esxi server after enabling the LSI cards.
Also, i havent changed anything in the BIOS or anything in vsphere. The storage server was running fine previously.
