I am in two minds about this. Seems like a good deal if I compare it with other offers. I've asked the seller if it these are original Intel or rebranded Oracle cards. No answer so far. EDIT: Oracle parts with 1y warranty from the seller.
Anyone can comment? I'd also like to know how the card behaves with a limited airflow.

Also from the same seller PM1725 for 399€ (PN) -> PERFECTEBAY10: 359,10€

Seller lowered price by 100€ for the P4608 and 50€ for the PM1725. I suspect he'd still accept a considerably lower offer.

Update: Made an rather low (or rather outrageously so) offer for one P4608 and got countered with 650€. I think I'll pass.

I bought two of these SSDs, for 1300€ together incl. VAT.

they are Oracle F640, with two nvme controllers each 3.2TB

under windows and freeBsd and debian, they are recognized individually (total 4x 3.2TB)

under ESXi 7.0x but only as a single drive.

If someone is looking for the firmware: QDV1RF30, I can certainly dump

Ah, so 650€ was his minimum. I tried some lower offers but he always shot back 650€. I passed since I was concerned that I'd run into thermal throttling issues. The card seems optimized for a front to back airflow and with a maximum power draw of 45W I wasn't sure how it would hold up in a workstation case.
Well, I have time. The P4608 seems nice but PM1725a/b can also be in the same price region from time to time.

I just got my hands on a P4608, I was wondering if you still have access to the drive and could make a dump of the firmware? Much appreciated!
