Hi, yes, tried all 3 options to no avail. I'll keep trying.

How do I restore the original backup i took? 16M in size. Is it just a matter of doing a download and specifying the backup filename?

So I have a 2nd F80, did the procedure, everything went well, after flashing IR firmware was able to format the drive with Nominal o/p (I tried capacity o/p but it gave an error and wouldn't do it), 'lsblk' showed the 800G drive. All LED's were green.

As soon as I rebooted, now the drive is showing one red LED and the drive no longer showing in 'lsblk' nor 'lsscsi'.

I assume this is what happened with the 1st card as well, the initial procedure works great, but as soon as I reboot after formatting, the card is no longer visible as a drive.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Fixed it, once booted up, I ran ddcli and did a format (#5), this time said No to o/p, and now the drive is fine. I guess the o/p needs to be done just once, I mistook it to be done every time I try to format.
