OpenSuse on NVMe

I’m trying to install OpenSuse Tumbleweed on my system using legacy boot, but it keeps failing with the following error about the NVMe drive I’m installing to.

Any idea what the error is about?

I was able to install Debian 13 on the system but I can’t get it to boot. I checked the BIOS and there is nothing for NVMe in the boot order. My motherboard is a Supermicro H11SSL-i, I’m wondering if my motherboard doesn’t support NVMe booting.

You need to be in efi mode for nvme boot.

That worked, got Debian 13 installed and booting fine. Know I just need to get a WiFi adapter compatible with that OS.
