Old DDR2 RAM worth anything?

I have a small pile of DDR2 512mb modules from old macintosh computers, I think these were in G4 towers, but I'm not sure, it's been a long time since I pulled these.

Hynix 1Rx8 PC2-5300F-555-11

All have the large black anodized heatsink on both sides. I'll list them if there is any value out there, I have at least 20 of these, maybe more.

Those FBDIMMs have been essentially worthless for more than a decade now.

DDR2 anything, aside from 4GB DDR2 SODIMMs or really ****ing high-bin stuff (1100-1200 MHz) is worthless.
