NVME prices going down, will it affect memory prices? New NVMe drive less than 150 bucks now for 1TB, 2tb can be had for 250 or so.. will this trend affect the memory prices as well?

Probably not in any meaningful way, different mode and process. General fab capacity would be an issue and maybe they switch something over if it made sense but I don’t see it happening.

which 1TB and 2TB nvme can be had for $150 & $250 ??
I can't think of any. 1TB M.2 SATA drives have only just started hitting $150 on special. Maybe OP got confused between M.2 SATA vs M.2 NVMe.

Lowest NVMe (new) I've found is the Adata XPG SX8200 960GB for $178 on a lightning special at Amazon.

I was going to say that branded 2.5” NVMe drives (eg Dell, HPE) are more like $400-500 per TB for mixed use or write intensive units, but the prices have now dropped below SAS3 prices.
