NVMe PCI-E Controller for NVME (DC P4801X) + SATA device

Hi,

I just bought two "INTEL Optane SSD DC P4801X 100GB" (as SLOG on my ZFS) and I'm looking for a cheap nvme extension card for my X10SDV-4C-TLN2F
I don't know if these low-end models will work (x4x4x4x4 in the bios) and if they will support SATA device (SFF8643 to cable SATA) at the same time as my U2 device.

PCI-E :

ANU24PE16
an other but only with 2 port :
LRNV9324-2I

U2 to M2 adapter :

only 1 port
U2 to SFF-8639 to M2 adapter

Did you sort this out? Curious about the card you purchased. I'm eyeing this Linkreal card (Linkreal 4 Port Pcie X8 Ssd Nvme U.2 Adapter Card - Buy Nvme Card,Nvme Adapter,M2 Ngff Product on Alibaba.com) with 4 ports (but only a x8 PCIe slot) so wanted to get some real world feedback if you had some to share. I've yet to find any reviews or benchmarks for these cards.
