Wasn't the whole point of adding turing (vs volta) to separate the gaming and AI/HPC/todays-buzzword segments? Instead it seems they are still trying to subsidize the latter from the former, while having a huge backload of pascal sitting around. (stock took a beating for a reason, ride was over)

In the gaming segment, $350 for a x60 is crazy high, just like all their other RTX stuff. Sure its "faster" than 1060, but thats supposed to happen: we're not wanting to pay the same price for same performance 2 years later. ("RT" is still bleh, will take a few gens of uplifts and support for anyone to really care)

Waiting to see what AMD drops, would be nice to see thunderclouds over both intel and nvidia's tired old parades.
