Nutanix CE download location

It is a little hard to find where can download Nutanix CE.

Nutanix CE is a built-in Hypervisor (KVM), can also be used with vsphere Xenserver but there is no need to spend money and the management more convenient

CE community free version limition
1. Must have been connecteds internet. It seems like sending some information to Nutanix company.
2. Some hardware doesn't support driver (HBA, Lan)
3 Offical say :Not recommend online commercial use

You'd think they would have fixed this by now... especially after feedback I sent them regarding this, another member who I believe works for them passed it along, etc...

If they can't fix these issues regarding usability of FINDING their software what aren't they doing INSIDE it too?

Personally, i hate products where i can't find out anything about pricing without either investing too much time for just getting an idea. Even worse are companies that force to give contacts information for this, where these end in crm with sales-reps not stopping phone calls or emails for years.
Just a big no-go, shouldn't be that hard to get an idea of costs without getting too much involved.
