Hi together

I just bought 2 new epyc 7663 ( before 7k62)

I got a no voltage and think I have found the error due to I installed my old 7k62 back in the slots and they now have same issue.

Found out that the r10 beside CPU power connector broke out see before and after in attached pictures

Do you think that is repairable with soldering by technician?

there is more parts missing.
Two maybe 0603* components are ripped off beside the inductor and are still visible laying on the board toward the heatsink.

Please save those poor parts, they will be needed to reconstruct what needs to go where.

This looks fixable but i would refrain from this as a first time project.

Thx
Then at this point, the only remaining suspected cause is could be bent pins on my LGA-4094 socket.
I already switched rdimm so dimms are working. Really hard to fix that with a 40x Lens
On CPU0, some pins are bent, but all RDIMMs are detected correctly. On CPU1, there are also some bent pins in the corner, but one DIMM slot is reported as absent. So CPU0 cannot be the cause, right?
