No Error Beep For Supermicro X10DRi and no POST (I’m new to server hardware)

As it says I’m getting no post but also no error beeps or anything fans spin up IPMI led stays a solid color, and no other leds on the board light up. I have the jumper correctly placed to use the onboard speaker and I have tried what the manual says to take out all of the DIMMs power on them take out CPU2 and power on and still no error beep. The manual says “replace motherboard” if you get no error beep with only CPU1 in. And I updated the bios VIA IPMI then the firmware and now IPMI has stopped working. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I contact the board seller to talk about a return. Thanks.

Edit: I also thought I saw a bent pin on the motherboard made sure to straighten it but no difference.

Specs:
2680v4 x2
2666 MHz RAM ECC (tested compatible according to where I checked don’t remember)
500GB Sata SSD

since ipmi is no longer accessible - i'd recommend just returning the board. It can be anything from power delivery ... to bad cpu.

It’s both I guess. The jumper on the board is capped so it uses the onboard speaker according to the manual I also today tried a 4 Pin PC Speaker and no dice.
