CPU: Intel Core i3 530
Motherboard: SuperMicro X8SIL-F

Power Supply: Silverstone 700W
Other Bits: 2x ICY DOCK MB455SPF-B SATA Enclosure
Usage Profile: File Server home LAN, Bittorrent, Version Control Server(mercurial)
Used to server media to a XBMC Live box attached to my TV. I run a bittorrent server (transmission-daemon).
I'm a developer so I also use it to store my source repository.
Disk Configuration
I have the 2 SSD in mirror for the operating system(overkill).
I have 4x 2TB disks in a raidz1 configuration. its saturates my Gigabit LAN both in read and write.
The remaining 1TB drive is used as landing disk for torrents.
All disks, other than the bittorrent one, are attached directly to the motherboard controller.
The motherboard has 2 NICs but I only use one.
I havent mesured power consumption yet.
ciao
Alberto
