Nimbus Data 800GB SSD SAS 2.5" Enterprise Flash Hard Drive Server /Storage Array

I've been eyeing these for some time now. I was wondering if any of you guys are using these. If so, what are they? Are they manufactured by Nimbus or somebody else? Any SMART values? Benchmarks?

So they use Intel 25nm NANDs. They are 28% OP'd. They have dual LSI Sandforce 2500 controllers and have 6Gbps SAS interface. They are OCZ made, pre-Toshiba purchase products. They also have capacitors against power loss corruption.

Not a drive I'd be buying used, especially not for that price.
