Today, you could sell ATI RX470 or RX480 for at least 60%-120% of last years sale price.
You could mine XMR using the video cards for 1 year, sell the card for profit ( if brought the card at fire sale price)
or break-even price.
In earlier 2017, I paid low $100 for RX 470 or RX 480 cards. I could sell the a RX480 card for $130 at an instance.

Twice that. I bought them for $200 just 6 weeks ago. Now? $250. the Vega's at $399 are a better deal now.

Where are you finding them for $399? Lowest I've seen is ~$440 + shipping for the 56.

Newegg had the vega 56 $399 for couple of hours, then raised the price to $419, then OOS.
I believed the vega 56 card sale last for less than 3-4 hours.

Yeah, the 56's were at $399, Microcenter had them for $399 as well.

Good to know. I've been watching for awhile, buy I might just pay list at Newegg. Maybe black Friday will turn something interesting.

Looking for two 56s, and not enough discount to bother with used ones on eBay.

Are you guys finding the ~1900 h/s @160w reports accurate?

I sold my two RX 480's that I had for over a year and mined Monero for six months for over $360.00 each and bought a GTX 1080 Ti to replace them.

But I will wait a little longer before I buy any GPU's.
