Long time lurker, very rare poster. I've learned a lot from the community, and it has helped me immensely - from setting up my UNRAID server, learning how to setup a Lack Rack, figuring out basic networking and I can usually find answers to most of the problems that I run into - already asked and answered by the community.
I was having a conversation at work, and it occurred to us that the people that spend all day working on these problems, then go home and hack around and build stuff in their spare time are exactly the sort of people that we should be looking for. I was wondering what the etiquette would be - I'd love to post a link to appropriate job postings, but not sure if that would be against general etiquette against self-promotion or advertising.
