Grew tired of my 8700k + matx build— wanted more expansion and more compute.

Fair warning, I built it a bit outside of the normal ‘gamer’ scope and that seems to have ruffled feathers of folks that think there’s a benefit to a ‘bedazzled’ home PC. Most of the RGB parts are either disabled or set to a single, low brightness static color.

Specs:
NZXT H710i
ASUS WS X570
Ryzen 3950X
4x 16GB G.Skill 3600 (b-die)
1080Ti (waiting on the new cards to debut)
2x 960 Pro 1TB
2x 850 Pro 2TB
Corsair ax760
Corsair XD5 pump/res
Corsair XR7 360 radiator
3x Corsair ML120 fans
3x Noctua 120 fans (top, to be replaced)
140 NZXT fan (rear, to be replaced)
EKWB nickel acetal GPU block
EK Velocity nickel cpu block
Festo nickel 10mm pneumatic fittings

The Asus Pro X570 seems to be one of the few offering 8x8x8 lane configurations along with a U.2 connection.

I started testing the pneumatic fittings and lines off my last build and have been very impressed with the quality of the fittings, the simplicity of use, and how well they seal. I agree that it isn’t an attractive setup but the practical side is far superior for me.

What are your honest thoughts? What would you have done differently?

This looks awesome. Congrats. I like the NZXT 500/700 series. Made a build with a dual-socket Intel board (SSI-EEB). Painful, but done ;). Good luck with your build.

Any pictures? That would cool to see the result.
