New Rosewill RSV-Z2600, cheap 2U with potential?

Just saw this case at Newegg, sorry for the crappy screen caps:

Looks cheap but serviceable, about the build quality of iStarUSA's budget line.
Pretty good ventilation though, beats my D-213 I'm sure.

Worth a look for people in the market for for a mATX 2U chassis.

Kinda pricey relative to similar cases. Other cases also feature thicker metal. And what's the point of the ventilation on top and side that'll be blocked by the PSU and/or other systems in the rack? Only apparent advantage of this case is the third intake.

Also, why do these low-end 2u cases keep putting the PSU on the wrong side?

It is annoying and common design choice. I just ordered a new PSU for my NAS (Norco 230 chassis) and I'm pretty sure I'll be needing an extender to reach the 12v CPU connector.
