Seems like that was some sort of pricing mistake because now it's showing 194.99. :( However, it seems like nextwarehouse has them for $80.31 shipped and 111 in stock so this might have been some sort of distributor deal that some retailers took advantage of:

Is a 16 port PoE+ switch with a power budget of 115 really all that useful? I guess if you are putting out VoIP phones it would be enough - but just 8-10 cameras with IR LEDs will draw it dry...

8 port switches @ ~100W or 16-24 port switches @ 200W seems more like the sweet spot.

Years ago I bought a Cisco WS-C3560G-48PS 48 port POE switch from eBay. It powers 11 cameras plus all the other ports are being used. POE utilization is at 29%. Think it was somewhere around $130. It's been flawless.
