Host Hyper-V 2019 > Guest Centos 7 - KVM > VMWare ESXi 6.7 > Ubuntu
Everything works beautifully until you get to the last guest hosted by ESXi, sloooooooooooooow, as in it takes a few minutes to get past the VMWare bios logo screen on the guest.
Performance degradation across the tiers is minimal until you get to the 3rd guest, though this could just be ESXi, I'll try replacing it with another Hyper-V, see how that goes.
(Just putting this out there in case someone else has dabbled with nesting, there's no real reason why I'm doing it other than just testing the nesting ability of different platforms during a dank and boring day)
