Just received it from eBay and it has a password. None of the default passwords I could find on the web work. I messaged the seller and he replied it shouldn't have a password. Well, it does. It appears that I will have to navigate a CLI shit storm to reset the password. I'd rather not. Thought I'd ask here if there was an easier way.
