Need help with Chelsio T540-CR with HP Proliant Gen9 ESXi

I have been talking to Chelsio support for over 4 days now and they can't seem to help.

I have a Chelsio T540-CR. When I load the ESXi 7.0 drivers I get crazy DMESG:

I can see the iSCSI offload on the ESXi host. But I can't see the Ethernet adapters VMNICs

Now Chelsio support is saying it's missing the firmware but I have flashed it using USB with DOS several time now

I have reloaded a fresh Esxi 7.0U3 as well using HP Custom 7.0U3

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Chelsio support has been able to reproduce the problem on their end. so they are going to try to fix it on their next release of the ESXI VIB Drivers.
