Can I use Resizable BAR on my system without modifying BIOS ?
You can use Linux with 4G Decoding on, recent versions will automatically resize and allocate GPU BARs.

I grabbed an intel b50 so I could split the gpu between different VM's, it wont work with just 4G decoding on. that would be my main problem at the moment. seems like a waste :/

i am not a linux guy. but there is a CMakeList.txt work fo linux.
on windows you start ReBarstate.exe and enable your required Bar Size.
