Need a motion sensor that stays on until there is no movement whatsoever

Purchased a PIR sensor but it always turns off after the preset time and then you have to move to make it come back on. Looking for a sensor that activates on movement but then only turns off after there is no movement for a preset time.

Amazon links would be greatly appreciated.

if it weren't for all the dog laws these days here in brtain I would definitely just have a couple of these sitting around in our courtyard, but then Ocado would never come round, probably postmen too :D
