NAS - Used SSD bargains?

Just wondering what everyone is finding for used SSD's on Ebay etc. that are great for a home NAS

I want to find either some SATA ones, or even NVME and run them on an ASUS Hyper M.2 PCIE card.
Some of the ones I've started tracking on Ebay are as follows:

Samsung PM983 2.5" 3.84TB NVME SSD < $400
Samsung PM963 2.5" 960GB NVME SSD < $100
Sandisk cloudspeed ECO 2.5" 1.92TB SATA SSD < $150
Micron M500/M600 2.5" 960GB SATA SSD < $80

I'm sure there are tons of others as well

Make sure you only buy enterprise for nas use. Consumer drives tend to bring things to a halt once their slc write cache has filled up. those 3.84tb samsungs look to be a good deal!

Sata PM863 in 1.92 or 3.84tb
NVMe the PM983 are good.
micron 5100/5200
Anything intel

I have all those used currently for storage. Only have some spinning things for backup now.

Especially NVMe if your wanting a low power low heat NAS you get the read optimized lower power drives else it may get a bit hot and toasty and consume some watts.
