Can you do a 'cpan -l' in the terminal and see if you have "CGI::Mojo::Transaction::WebSocket" installed?
Perhaps it's an unmet dependency with Solaris. I know that Gea performs most of his dev work on Omni-OS
If it's missing, install that perl module

The websocket server is needed for realtime graphics and page updates. It is not essential for any storage function. If its not running, try a restart of napp-it (menu System) or check the websocket serverlog /var/web-gui/_log/socketserver.log
