rebarMZ32-AR0_M31_R47.UE.RBU made with UEFITool (try this first)
rebarMZ32-AR0_M31_R47.MM.RBU made with MMTool
flash in BMCWebGUI
remember you need ReBarState to enable and configure ReBar. on issues clear CMOS to remove ReBar settings.
i used UEFITool RBU, it worked fine. Thank you very much, you are a legend.
i will now test it on proxmox.

Any chance you do that with the R44 version and upload the files, too? o_O

Anyone knows if there is anything new in the R47 for milan?

Edit:

R47
1. [Feature] Update AGESA 1.0.0.P.
2. Support BIOS item loaded default.
3. Support BIOS send FailurePredicted to BMC.

there is no R47 for Milan.
MZ32-AR0_M31_R47.zip
R47 = Rome
M31 = Milan
Code:
M31
1. Release for Rome release.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
M30
1. Release for Rome release.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
M29
2
BIOS Release Notes
1. [Feature] Update AGESA 1.0.0.H
2. [Security] CVE-2025-3770-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
M28
1. Release for Rome release.
Release for Rome release means there is nothing changed in Milan BIOS, only in Rome.

I don't think it makes any difference as to how you do that. I did it via BMC WebUI and had no issues with it.
Thank you man, I a pure rookie at servers ! One last question, I noticed the latest version of bios is M30_R46, will it directly work on ver1.0 boards or it's better find older version of bios

Not sure where you're looking, but the latest version is M31_R47 and I'm running it right now on v1 board. No special issues with it. I would generally recommend installing the latest version for the most up to date security fixes.

1779191334152.pngOne more question! Do I need to update BMC firmware first before updating bios. I think my board is running on a really old firmware.

The link has expired. Could you please send me a BIOS version with ReBar support? I’m currently using an Intel graphics card and my existing BIOS is R47. Thank you very much.

Just wanna note that I updated to the latest BIOS R48 and LRDIMMs are working great for me now.
I have dell 64gb LRDIMM 4Rx4

Super excited for this board, support for the LRDIMMs has made this probably one of the most powerful home server related boards available.

For those who may be confused like me at first, the 7th pcie slot requires you to take the u.2 mini sas links and connect them directly with a cable for it that slot to work.

So I also purchased a Gigabyte MZ32-AR0 REV 1 and it was already updated to accept the Epyc 7663 that I purchased as a bundle from tugm, but mine is on BMC 12.49.06 and BIOS M18. Since this seems pretty old, and then I found this thread, I reached out to him and asked if I could simply do what you guys are doing and update to the newest rev3 BIOS. I also asked about updating the BMC, but he has been imfatic that I don't need to update either, and that I shouldn't because it will cause instability. I reached out first, because I wasn't exactly sure what all he did to make these run the 7003 CPU, but I was taken aback by him not wanting me to update either. Anyone have any opinions on this? Everything is running fine, but I don't see the ReBar setting anywhere, and that is what I am wanting to enable, as I am using this as an AI server. I only have 3x 3090's right now, but I have the Epyc 7663 and 256 GB of DDR4 ECC ram right now. Would his boards be any different than what you guys are using?
