many reported this works fine in this thread. Rome or Milan then.
first BMC to latest (rev1 and 3 are same BMC FW) then BIOS over BMCWebGUI, use image.RBU file.
Tested this with 20+ systems and never had an issue, boards came from a variety of sellers including some from China/Taobao and most from eBay (Tugm4470, MemoryPartner, EA_Memory, Cys_Tech)

They do, I only tested it on Milan not Rome though

MZ32-AR0 Rev 1 flashed with Rev 3 BIOS
Nice! It's getting even more juice to do this firmware upgrade to rev. 3.

I will try it with Rome too und report of the success.

just signed up to say that i have the same motherboard with AMD ROME CPU 7532.
i just flashed the 3.0 bios V34 and it worked without any issues
i was on lastest bios from 1.0 which is R28 and lasted bmc firmware which 12.61.21.
i flashed the RBU file using BMC webui and everything was smooth reboot to bios and it revereted back to default so i had to readjust the settings in the bios to my needs.

thanks to the others for testing it first :)
BTW my motherboard and cpu are from aliexpress :p

added ReBarDxe.ffs to both Rome / Milan BIOS, you need Tool above
I tried to recreate the above and there is a ever a slight difference between my file and yours. I included a screenshot of the comparison of the files and what happened when I tried to patch the RBU file.
My file I get a verification error and it won't flash. Your file flashes without any issues.
The ReBarDxe.ffs was applied to both images that were found according to the instructions: If you get 2 results you will need to add the DXE driver to both volumes. Any ideas?

i applied ReBarDxe.ffs two time at the bin SPI file and then created a RBU file form it.
the RBU file is just the SPI with a 16bytes checksum footer.

Last but not least, how did you create the RBU file. I just did what you said with the SPI (always wondered what this was for) and ours does match up. Thanks in advance. I have rebar now.

i explained that that many times thought, but not here sorry.
use HxD, add the 16 bytes (maybe from other rbu file)
select the BIOS except the footer and set correct Analysis->checksums:checksum-16 in bytes 8/9 of the footer.
Thanks for tonight's lesson. You have just unlocked the full capabilities of my 3090 24GB and RTX 2000 ADA 16GB (Yes they are on the same MB).
I just had to remember HEX begins at 00 not 01. (I.D. 10 T error)
