Mystery W680 motherboard

I cam across the OPNNAS project which is some sort of kickstarter for a NAS chassis and motherboard combo. What I found interesting is the W680 motherboard they are using is not a model I've seen before, nor can I locate any additional information on it, namely who manufacturers it. At first I thought it may be some sort of modified X13SAE, but there are too many components in totally different locations. Any ideas?

I think it's a region issue. Got a more detailed error in aliexpress app. Here is a quick screenshot from my seedbox for anyone else who is interested.

Thanks for the help finding it. I think I'll stick with my Supermicro and Asus boards

One on OpnNas webpage is a DOA dud. Without CMOS battery it's not going to boot
