I had a few prototype Helmer cabinet replacement drawers cluttering-up the office that I figured could be put to better use as a home for my office PC. The "case" is 2x two "drawer high" cases bolted together with an Intel AXX4DRV3G SAS/SATA Four-Drive Hot Swap Drive Bay and a cheap miniITX rig.
Here's the case with the hotswap bay and some spare hardware mounted to it, just to verify fitment.
The method used to mount the hotswap bay makes it easy to rotate it if I ever need to have the drive trays accessible on the right-hand side.
There will eventually be 2x 120mm fans on either side of the hotswap cage in a push/pull configuration.
