So i just Got the parts for my new desktop build a few days ago.. but now it wont boot..

I Think i narrowed it Down to some issue with the 8pin connection between the MSI Z370i gaming Pro carbon and Chieftec Smart Series SFX-500GD-C the one labled CPU_PWR1.

I tried removing the gfx and the 8pin and it looks like it started fine. - no monitor attatched. If i add the gfx, it wont boot due to power lack i guess.. prolly not enough power in the pic-e port then?
If I add the 8pin again, its the same as with the 8-pin but without the gfx.

So, it only boots without the 8pin connected..

Anyone happen to have any ideas?

What happens when you try to start it with without a graphics card, using integrated graphics instead with a monitor plugged in?
Bios already reset?

Edit: what kind of Graphics card are you trying to use?
