This is a pretty good deal. $200 gets you a neat flex-ATX Xeon-D board with ECC support, four 10GbE (2 SFP+, 2 10GBase-T), four 1GbE, IPMI, 12 SATA (or 4 SATA + 2 PCIe 3x4), and a couple PCIe slots, M.2 slots, and can be powered directly from 12V.
Definitely makes the X10SDVs solidly obsolete unless you absolutely need Mini-ITX. I have the 8C and 16C versions, and my only two complaints about these is that the 10GBase-T ports don't do 2.5 or 5g and that the SlimSAS ports have some limitations in NVMe mode.
