Looking for 2 monitors with razor sharp text for coding and productivity. I can go as small as 27 inches or as large as 34 inches in size. Ideally, it would work with both a M2 MacBook pro, A PC w/ a Nvidia 3090 FE, using a level1techs KVM via Displayport.

I have seen quite a few gaming monitors but am having trouble finding something that has very good text output. Can't go QD Oled because of the color fringing and the mac really like 5k over 4k. Any suggestions?

I don't game much but do machine learning and programming (plus youtube video editing). I avoided the ultrawides since they don't seem to have enough height in pixels, I am right now used to 2650x1600 (Dell U3011), If possible I would like to keep at least 1600 height.

Budget is anything under 4K USD for the pair.

Gut says stay with Dell or HP, because they seem to get better selected panels over other LG Display consumers. Dell G3223Q could be an option if its urgent.

Meanwhile there should soonish be more monitors out with "IPS Black" panels, personally I am holding out for a couple more months to see how good those are. Models out so far have been unconvincing to me. Worse than traditional IPS.

For productivity, try 125% for web and for programming Consolas font at 15, possibly more at 4K.
