Correct LEDs 0, 2, and 3.
Not so easy to see in the picture.
0x0C – 0x0D Reserved for future AMI SEC error codes
The RAM I'm using is: PC4-2666V-RD1-11 on banks A1 and A2.
do not populte second RAM slot until all first all are fully populated.
use A1 and I1 (2nd CPU)
if you have only one CPU try with A1 only.
Could anyone tell me what the error pattern would be if the CPU had a vendor lock?
not even god can.

Hello

OK, I tried that too. Ram on A1 Jumper J12 on recovery.
Still no picture. The graphics cards are a GT220 and a Radeon HD4640. Both work on other systems.
Unfortunately I only have one CPU to test and I think I was ripped off...
I'm waiting for the new CPU from the friendly Chinese guy with lots of good reviews and hoping for the best.

Thanks for the help

i have seen gv-r523d3 1gl rev 2.0 on it working.
i had the dual Intel LGA3647 and GT630 worked, but not old Radeon.
update: GT need to be a Kepler (GK2xx) with UEFI GOP vbios.

Oops

I wouldn't have expected any trouble from this corner...
That's all I have to offer except an RX 6500 with which I occasionally play games under Linux Kerbal Space program.
That probably doesn't help here either.
I'll get something suitable and get back to you in the next few days.
Thank you again.

Give the RX 6500 a try. Ive had a similar issue appear where some rly old GPUs (which I would classify both the 4640 and GT220 as) would not give a picture out/ let the system post even on "normal" ATX-standard gaming, workstation and server hardware despite all parts working correctly when put into different combinations. I dont know what the issue is there exactly, in my case I ended up getting a GT 1030 for testing hardware.

The RX 6500 unfortunately has an additional 12V connection.

It won't work without it. I'd have to make a special cable for it. The server has plenty of 12V outputs...

I'll wait until Saturday. That's when the GT 630 I ordered should arrive.

i powered my videocard and ssd from outside. Just power it on before you start the olympic blade...

Good afternoon!

Today I received my Quanta TU6U from Piospart, powering all three phases directly from a 750W power supply with a mining adapter, all 12.24/3v
But I can't get the power supply to turn on by grounding pin D1

Does the power supply need to be connected to the motherboard? Any ideas?

A small update from me.

The GT 630 arrived today. Still no picture.
Just to be sure, I also took apart my gaming PC. Same issue with the RX 6500.

Strangely enough, when I put one RAM stick in slot A2, the POST LEDs cycle through and the graphics card initializes, but there's no picture.
I think it's initializing because the GPU fan starts running. It seems to be some kind of boot loop.
The LED patterns repeat, and the GPU fan keeps turning on and off.

I've now removed the CPU again, and there are spots on the underside. That doesn't look very healthy to me.

I'll wait for a different CPU and see what happens.

Thanks and best regards

yeah the boot process can take very long. specially if hardware was changed...dont measure time, about 3 -5 min...5 min maybe to long...but anyway...you have to be patient till to be sure that the boot process runs in a loop...
clean the contacts with alcohol or similar..if you touch the surface, the tiny grease layer from your fingers could cause issues...

Yes mine is working (full server system with PSU see few pages before for how to get that to work).
Bought EPYC 7601 for 30€ each (ebay he accepted offer of 30€ each).
I had to reset bios settings using the jumper to get it to boot but now it works. (using a Quadro K2000 I had lying around for graphics in x16 slot of CPU0).
I am using SATA at the moment (with diy adapter, the connectors same as PCIe 6 8 pin or CPU4 pin connectors but different pinout).
Shame there is no onboard LAN, I have to use USB ETH adapter at the moment.
Is there anyone with experience in Bios hacking here? Is there any chance of adding Rome or Milan support? (more than two times more performance would be great)

After resetting the CMOS using jumper J3 with a 7281 and one DDR4 module in bank A1, I'm not getting a video signal using a Quatro M2000 in PCIe-(3) x16. Could you share the sensor data via IpmiTool? I think I have a problem with the BMC.

ipmitool -I lanplus -C 3 -H (YOUR_IP_HERE) -U admin -P admin sensor

thank you!
