This makes a ton of sense. Oddly the announcement of this must have been known to wallstreet or AMD is selling EPYC at a wicked cheap price to MS to gain marketshare because the AMD stock price isn't up a ton on this news.

Tech stocks took a battering the last days so not going down is already positive but it’s probaly the market has priced it in and assumed it’s going to happen some time ago.
