Saw the i7-3770K for $290 but none in stock. The Core i5-3570K is $190 but in stock.

Anyone know how often they stock stores and if they keep the web updated?

Not sure which one you are at but the Santa Clara, CA Microcenter just added stock of the Core i7-3770K.

For the record, I am not a huge fan of Intel turning off things like VT-d on the K series CPUs. I think the i7-3770 non K is actually a good value since you still get lots of performance and more features at a lower price.
