Good evening guys,

I was testing my new MZ01-CE1 (bought it last month with 3 year warranty).

Firstly I tried to put my 7D12 with just 4 memory modules on channels: C,D,G,H. This oem epyc only has 4 channels active as many of you know but, the channel H was never detected, I tried swapping the same memory from channel G to H and again the H channel wasnt detected.

Then I tried to reseat the cpu without success, swapping the 32GB 2666RAM initially used with other 16GB 3200 and same thing.... Then I have just changed the cpu for an older 7262 and tried to put the x8 16GB 3200 memory and now I see this:

Memory Device Disabled¿?¿?¿ What is that??? Is the mobo faulty????
Those x8 dimms were working perfectly fine in my other server with an epyc 7B13....

Should I process a RMA?

Is that dimm slot giving errors with dimms that are working on the other slots? If so:

1. Clean the dimm slow with air blower, try again
2. Remove, clean CPU contacts with alcohol, check cpu socket pins and try again.

Dimms cleaned with brush + alcohol 99%
Removed CPU, cleaned cpu contacts with alcohol
Socket pins are perfect on the motherboard

Yet, the H channel is missing T_T

Did you try a dimm working on the other slots on H channel ?

Hi Jazek, same problem here
MZ01-CE1, bios M12, 256GB RAM (8x32) Micron MTA18ASF4G72PDZ-3G2B2TI
H channel most of the times dont recognize the memory module but sometimes it work
Tried to swap modules but every time the problem persist
Not upgraded firmware to M14 yet

Previoulsly mount 8 x 16GB Samsung M393A2G40DB0-CPB without any problem and bios sees all 8 slots and 128GB RAM

I've already cleaned all slot with contacts cleaner spray, 3-4 times.
I don't think the problem is dust.

Have you found any solution?
