Hi,

Anyone encounter sx_core: Command path in DPT for device 1 is not valid on SN2010 ?

Recovered with 3.9.

I've tried two installers, 3.9.3202 and 3.9.2006 - both with same errors

ONIE version: 2020.11-5.2.0022-115200

BIOS version: 2.15.1236
BIOS Date: 09/13/2018 12:00:00 Ver: 0ABZS017_02.02.004

ONIE boots in UEFI mode

SSD model: InnoDisk 64Gb

Hm, don't know this one. I always use onie-recovery-x86_64-mlnx_x86-r0-2020.11-5.3.0005-115200

Anyway, I've made the experience that 3.9.3202 cannot be installed in UEFI Mode!

Either:
- Remove ONIE, reinstall in legacy mode, and thus install 3.9.3202 in legacy mode
- Install 3.10 instead. This works in UEFI mode.

However I've only got errors after installation was completed and grub couldn't find the disk (3.9 in UEFI mode)

Thank you!

Reinstalled ONIE in legacy mode, and 3.9.3202 successfully installed without any issues.

Mellanox SB7890 Infiniband switch - can it be used in regular ethernet network, along with, let's say, Mikrotik 40Gbe and 100Gbe switches/routers ?

If yes, is it worth the hassle ?
Thanks

Hi! I’ve bought sb7800 switch to establish ib connections between test servers. Switch has 3.10.5000 software installed. However, when i connect the cables (original mellanox) - no link is up :(. I checked transceivers info and memory error (cant read eeprom from module) 1027 error is present. Second question is if license is needed? I saw licensed=no in a menu where i was starting subnet manager. Thanks for any info!!
