Not sure if there's been a better deal on this generation 100Gb dual port cards, but it's a lot cheaper than other listings of the same item at $500:

I got one of those for 250 a few months back but I think that was a seller mistake, else they are still pretty expensive. Probably not the best price I have seen though, 400ish might be possible.
I guess I'd try to barter for 450 if I needed both

CX-4 100GbE cards can be had for under $300 quite often. That is why we have CX-4 in the lab not CX-5
