I recently installed a ConnectX-3 into my computer to connect to my Unraid server. After the install I did a speed test and I was getting about 4800mbps download, but only .5mbps upload. I installed the WinOF software and tried every one of the tuning scenarios and was only able to get around 8mbps max. I messed with some of the settings under the advanced tab and was still only able to get around 105mbps max. Over ethernet I am able to get almost 1gbps up and down. My question is what are the proper settings in windows for this card? How can I get it to 10gbps up and down?

Switch- CRS305-1g-4s+in, configured as just a switch
Router- Netgear xr700, DAC to switch
