M5110 - Raid Options

I've bought a new IBM ServeRaid (LSI) M5110 SAS/Sata Raid Controller (81Y4481), 512 Cache Upgrade for Raid 5 (81Y4484) and Battery Pack 81Y4508

Firmware version of controller is 3.340.75-3372 FW Package 23.22.0-0024

In the Hardware Setup, via Configuration Wizard, Manual Configuration I've selected drives in even numbers but only RAID 0 appears in the options.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Is the Cache Upgrade board installed?

Looks like this

If it is, maybe remove and re-seat it. If not perhaps the cache board is bad.
