So, I had a power outage last week and suddenly my M5016 wont boot/show (?). I can see it "there" (at least kinda) in ESXi, but MegaCLI/Storcli do not see it.

Did it die on me? Can I try and reflash it? Any help would be appreciated...!

(this is when I moved to to another server too, so it shouldn't be the PCIe slot which is causing a problem)

If you have physical access to server:

Try re-seating the card in current pcie slot.
Try different pcie slot, same motherboard.
Try controller in different motherboard.
As a last resort, mode 0 flash of firmware.

Good luck!

I was referring to megacli command line mode to over-ride and force hba/raid controller fw/bios flashing. You may have to google around a bit to find current instructions and utils, as you have the IBM version controller, and I'm not sure if you have LSI/Avago or IBM fw currently.
