M1015 apprear dead. 3ware 9750-8i question

Hi guys

Very weird ... yesterday my 1015 cross flash is not recognized in the bios .. nothing dead...no light . dont post and its not in the bios.. i reseat it plenty change slot....

anything i could do or is it dead as it looks like

i have a 3 ware 9750-8i laying around but
cant find the software for it.. ???
can it be cross flash to a pure lsi .. ive seen post but its not clear.


lastly why am i having so much hard time getting into msm manager

i try 127.0.0.1
i try my ip

it just cant seems to find the server ....

forget to ask would it be possible to import my raid 1 to the 3ware card . or a mdam software
