LSI - Updating Firmware via MSM (MegaRaid Storage Manager)

After deleting my copy and having a slow internet to download it (10min left)... I'm wondering.

Once I re-download and get it installed can I update firmware via the MSM in Windows?

If not, what's the best/fastest way to update LSI firmware ? (2208 chipset if it matters, onboard mobo and Intel cards, and LSI cards... figure I might as well update them ALL)
