What's up with all the High Demand on These cards
Recently noticed the spike in price on these raid cards. It's gotten crazy!
Where are all the 9361-8i's going?
They went from $250ish
to $600+!
Looking for 9361-8i that can do Raid 1-60 with all the licenses.

I think those are Chia scalper holdovers.

I've notice the same issue with NVMe HBAs, where ebay is more expensive than if I buy through a business account with a distributor. Inventories are still low, but there are inventories if you can compromise between OEMs or form factors.

Get an OEM and you can do it for around $250: eBay

Grab a card, a cache module and a battery (really a super-capacitor) and you are good to go. If you don't care about the battery, you can get one for $135. Or $180 including cache and battery if you don't mind the shipping from China.

I've tried the IBM Version of the 9361-8i With the same chipset 3108 ( P/N: 46C9111 ) This came out Unsuccessful in a Supermicro. Thanks everyone for the Tips and links! I'm going to see if I can go for the China Version.

I'm using that exact IBM (5210) in a SuperMicro X11SRA. It's also easy to cross-flash with the LSI/Broadcom firmware.
I'm using an Intel version of the 9361-8i in an X9SRL-F connected to a SuperMicro SAS3 expander backplane in a 2U SM chassis.
