Good find/nice grab. Based on the seller's other item currently listed and other recent sales I'd say he's not naive about the market values here. Might have been a typo on his pricing. $1,200 wouldn't have been a totally out-of-line ask.

Hopefully he honors the auction and you get your prize. Assuming he does - well won.
