Low Cost Suggestions for 24 Bay Chassis for 24 3TB SATA Drives

I currently have a RPC-4224 with some failed backplanes. I've tried calling and emailing Norco and have received NO response. So I'm looking for an alternative. I'm looking for a cost effective solution to house my 24 3TB SATA drives. I appreciate any suggestions you can give.

SAS1 Backplane is the reason.

You want the one that says "SAS2 EXPANDER"
